      Pros

      Great work atmosphere, nice people, very collaborative and inspiring team spirit. Good internal communication. Feels like a big family.

      Cons

      Due to strong growth lately, sometimes a bit chaotic and a lot of new people on board. Quite a lot of "historic" technical debt/outdated infrastructure.

      Great culture, great bunch of talented people, very friendly environment, small but competent team, flat structure with good communication on all levels.

      Cons

      Old code base, small team now so vulnerable to losing people, not much chances for career growth.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed working here from the days it was 5 people to over 100. Very supportive and smart crowd and had lots of autonomy to work

      Cons

      Company grew too fast after Hibu acquisition that it didn't look after staff and culture well
