Haha. I eventually got a job in this company after about 7 stages interview. The job came with relocation so I had to relocate from my home country to berlin . The first thing I noticed was the "white boys clique" culture. You could easily tell some folks are more favored than the other. Was so unlucky to find myself in a team of racist polish folks who sabotaged all of my onboarding effort. I was barely helped, supported or appreciated. I barely did 3 months before I was fired for not "communicating" enough.. Imagine your first time in a new country with a different language and culture and not been given the time to integrate properly alongside delivering objectives at work. I had an impatient, sadistic and inexperienced manager. One of the worst places I ever worked in my whole career. The whole company culture from the inside looks very toxic. Their upper management is very white (no diversity).. Mostly young inexperienced folks who know little to nothing about management except fulfilling vanity metrics. Minorities hardly stay long there. They rarely get appreciated. You'll see white folks term getting promoted twice in less than a year or 2 while the black ones that do the work either getting frustrated out or with no promotion despite their work ethic. I'll advice you to avoid this company of you're a black person relocating from a non EU country. You'll never grow there. You can already perceive what the internal structures look like by just looking at their linkedin.
