Toxic working culture and lack of diversity - Manager/In Moonfare Employee Review

We’re really sorry that you feel you experienced a toxic work culture during your time with us. As an early stage company in the fintech space, we have taken proactive steps to address diversity including setting up a Diversity Committee and with budgets to introduce initiatives. We also rely on everyone to call out, or report, inappropriate behavior when they see it so that we can address it. Changing our composition will take time, but creating an inclusive environment is everybody's responsibility and one we expect all staff to model.
