      The company is run by Highly Qualified and Knowledgeable people. Great opportunity to both learn and contribute. Flexible timings. Lunch and Snacks provided.

      Zero Management and HR Skills. No HR handbook. No policies. No salary certificate or salary slips provided. Also employees being fired at random. No vision as CEO has nil experience managing a team. There seems to be no department. One man show (CEO) operating ExVillage Software Systems Prvt Ltd as MoonX based in Geneva. Just an average of 10 employees as turnover has been 50% +.
