Great family oriented company. Amazing opportunities for additional commission and movement within. People are amazing.

Training program is limited, it ends up trial an error training. Some long term employees tend to feel like they can talk to people with little to no respect. It is not uncommon to be yelled at for things that could have been solved with training.
