Amazing team, incredible products, and fun branding/marketing/storytelling. WFH except for 1 day a week and flexible days. 80% off MJ products and quarterly wellness stipend
Cons
It is in start-up mode, like all other small booming brands - it's not for everyone. Benefits are not super competitive and still a small but mean and mighty team.
