Decent benefits, Flexible PTO ( about 120 hours). Good Starter company.
Cons
Outdated Technology and systems. High Volume. Understaffed. Upward mobility is limited. Management and HR follow the “ Good Ole’ Boys” mentality and try to gaslight employees into believing that they are the problem. Retaliation from management and HR for reporting issues. Poor Management will eventually ruin the company reputation.
