Pros
Small organization. Management members at times pop up from somewhere to discuss employee issues.
Cons
Senior employees too abusive towards others, juniors feel insecure always. Some of the long employees who are there for a long time (15 years) feel that the company is their heritage property and treat others in that manner. Management members turn a blind eye to these incidents. At times it is felt that they too are afraid to take any action.
