Lack of communication, lack of integrity from some of the higher ups, management doesn't listen to complaints and if you complain they will find a way to get rid of you so there is a lot of turnover which makes everyone stressed when we are short staffed. Very unfair wages, some AM's that brag about not doing anything all day get promotions and bonuses. CEO is racist and has been known to make inappropriate comments and/or jokes about race and/or women.
