      Pros

      The customers, and regulars are the best part of the job. Relaxed atmosphere, people are happy to be in buying for their pets.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not care about the employees, or the complaints that are made. No resolution to concerning issues. Turn over rate is terrible. Favoritism towards other stores and employees. No benefits, no perks, no holiday, no overtime, no holiday pay.
