Cons
Management look for you to fail and blame employees to their failings. No overall business plan or strategy. No planning, last minute and employees expected to mind read on that basis. No consistency in treatment of staff, depends whether you’re ‘in’ at the time. One foot wrong in their eyes and you’re ‘out’ and get blamed for everything for ever more.
