Pros

- My team members were great and I had a great dynamic with them - My manager did the best they could where possible

Cons

- High turnover rate for COps. I wonder why… - Nothing is set in stone, meaning you’re expected to do things beyond what was laid out in your contract/interview with no tangible reward or recognition - Poor hiring choices and horrible pay differences. Why are less experienced men being offered higher salaries than experienced women? - Lack of transparency and accountability for a company who supposedly values accountability above all.
