      Great team around me. Very humbling.

      Cons

      Senior leadership. It is obvious that the management pool in the Black Hills is very thin. Most are incompetent, pay lip service to the 5 values and really do not care about caregivers under them. The HQ on Regional Way is nicknamed "Taj Mahal" for a reason. CEO means well as does RC President but both are guilty of willful blindness and have surrounded themselves by leaders who only care about the title and are adept at climbing the corporate ladder only.

      In my time with Monument Health my career has progressed tremendously and my leaders remain committed to ensuring I have access to courses/programs that continue to strengthen my skills. It's amazing to know that the organization is committed to supporting individual growth in both clinical and non-clinical/support roles.

      Budgeting priorities for the company seem to be out of order and there is a lot of micromanagement
