Team members are generally supportive and easy to work with, and direct managers do try to help where they can.
Cons
Things feel pretty chaotic a lot of the time with constant changes and restructures, so it’s hard to ever feel settled. Senior management communication isn’t great and often feels unclear, especially when big changes are happening. There’s also not much transparency, which leaves people guessing about what’s going on. Overall it can be quite stressful, and decisions from the top don’t always match what’s actually happening on the ground.
