No clear career paths. Difficult to grow. Monolithic architecture. No technical trainings or certifications sponsored by the employer. Very difficult to get salary increases. Very difficult to persuade the bosses to use new technologies. Some travel destinations are dangerous without proper security or compensations. No clear split of responsibilities. Sometimes developers performs QA and PM tasks. Lack of business knowledge due to absence of proper knowledge transfer.
