- unique problem being solved using complex tech - autonomous working environment with high individual accountability - strong growth outlook - positive culture despite autonomy with a lot of support

- working across multiple timezones - start-ups & small companies are not for everyone

In hindsight, not much is a "pro" here. People are quite fake here so you can't get an accurate or honest assessment.

Company is very poorly run by Senior Management/Founders. These folks are very smart in their specific areas but that doesn't always transfer to being good in your overall role- not every player is a good coach or executive. This start-up company just can't figure out how to actually sell or market their product, evidenced by the fact that they have changed thie approach to different value propositions for customers. Insurance customers are wary of a startup that plays a critical role in the financial close of their businesses and they don't seem to have solid answers to these questions/settle customer concerns about them.
