      Pros

      GREAT benefits package, fantastic staff (everyone is a team player), very flexible and appreciative management, small-family run company. a very interesting place to work, always learning!

      Cons

      definitely not a fit for someone who is not good at multi tasking or jumping into a new task head 1st.

      Pros

      It's a nice office. It's in a good location. The benefits are fine. You are generally not micromanaged.

      Cons

      There is no clear direction, no real plan for moving forward. Even if you do excellent work, you are at the whim of constantly changing "schemes" that aren't really given a chance to see if they will succeed.
