Pros
It's a nice office. It's in a good location. The benefits are fine. You are generally not micromanaged.
Cons
There is no clear direction, no real plan for moving forward. Even if you do excellent work, you are at the whim of constantly changing "schemes" that aren't really given a chance to see if they will succeed.
