      The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of a misunderstood and marginalized people.

      Cons

      Management at the time participated in serious nepotism. Hiring two family members after eliminating a job that causes another valued member of the team to lose her job. Promptly renamed the position and hired a family member . Management at the time were not honest, and flirted with male staff. Extremely underpaid for the work we were asked to do.

      Great training, some good management, good for gaining lots of different expereince.

      medium pay, prioritizes french above all for promoting, pays more for higher education, doesn't take into account for experience
