Pros
You get time in the mornings to write reports. If you actually do the work and are smart there is more than enough time to get it done. You also get to go do observations which is fun to get out of the office and get paid for it. Coworkers are very sweet.
Cons
The campus isn't very secure- kiddos can run strait to the parking lot. Also they don't give you any type of desk to work at- you just work in your classroom which can be uncomfortable considering it's like 3 hours every morning. They also don't let you move up unless you have a bachelors degree, and they will drag their feet if it's not in psychology.
