      The majority of the locations I have worked at all share one commonality - terrible leadership! No one cares, no one listens, discrimination and favoritism run ramped, and poor poor communication.

      Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

      Cons

      Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
