      Pros

      The people overall are great to work with. The 4x10 shift is nice--particularly having 3 days off.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is corrupt, backstabbing, completely dysfunctional and enormous hypocrites. Dealing with them on a regular basis makes working at Montefiore feel like a prison sentence.

      Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

      Cons

      Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
