Avoid - Machinist Montebello Employee Review

Montebello is a great place to work. I'm with Montebello 3 years now and just love it. I still learn everyday something new. The management is very supportive and always has an open ear for recommendations and pain points.

I really don't have anything bad to say

Montebello was one of the very few places that would hire me knowing I was a recovering addict, and not having the best back ground they still have me a chance to join there team of amazing employees and I'll always be greatful for that I wasnt judged by anyone and was treated like everyone else. I've been here a year and plan on staying here most of the employees have became like a family and I love my job here they are actually there for there employees they take the time out to listen to there employees rather it's problems on the floor or recommendations on improvement. We are off every weekend and it's good money for what you do. I honestly don't see myself going anywhere else.

These machines can be intimidating but you have nothing to worry about. Other then that I don't have any complaints besides being short staffed and they have done everything possible to get people in the door even went as far as raising the pay and benefits. Just give this place a chance and you won't regret it
