You have the option to work and learn many different verticals within the telecom industry and then you are able to sharpen those skills on a dedicated basis.

There is a lack of flexibility for remote working.

The company has been around for decades and has a solid client list, so work is never in short supply. Everyone is always ready to help each other. Benefits are excellent, including a pension plan, which is not seen much nowadays. Aside from a few new hires that had to be let go for lack of ability or refusing to following instruction, each of my team members have been here for years and are an asset to the company.

A lot of our work is driven by government deadlines, so it can be stressful trying to get all of our clients taken care of in the time allotted.
