So much nepotism going on here. People in leadership are usually nightmarish. Promotions usually depend on how well liked or well connected you are rather than skill and demonstrated ability. Flexibility depends entirely upon the college or unit you work for. Ineptitude is ignored and competence is rewarded with more work for the same pay.
