Pros
The salary, the benefits and the people who work there. I have been working at Montclair state university for 2 years and it’s by far the best job I’ve ever had. My boss is very laid back and doesn’t micromanage his team. My hours are flexible and the work is rewarding, knowing that I am helping the university and students.
Cons
Very political, and some people get away with doing very little work.
