      Pros

      Collaborative community; Although R3 administration is very responsive to all typea of research especially if attached to money. Major push towards work with societal impact. Great arts and teacher ed program. There is ALWAYS something happening. NYC is an easy 30min ride.

      Cons

      The library sucks! The stacks and data bases are minimal; staff is handcuffed by limited resources.
