Pros

The quality of customer are above average, mostly well educated business men. Easy to deal with. Also men always know what they need, visit store with a shopping list, aim to buy something instead of just browsing around. Traffic is lower than average, but if you know the product price range well, it definitely easy to reach the sales target. It is a sweet bonus for sales people to sit when no customer in store. The proportion of administrative work is larger than other brands. That is why we allow to sit and work on computers. Dress code is not strict, we can wear any black dressy clothing!

Cons

No uniform and clothing allowance provided. No product incentive. Casual is banned to work on Sundays, public holidays all the time High turnover, too many unusual issues Sales girls are mostly Asians, speak their mother tongue in often

Pros

Some people were tight but majority of time people come and go.

Cons

They expect you to follow policy to the tee and when you do, you will be written up for it by your store manager. They know that robberies are a thing, people will go in and just start stealing stuff. We are told NOT to engage per our own safety. But tell me how I am getting written up by my store manager for NOT DOING MY JOB and then getting a call from corporate for my lack of work. Are you kidding me? You write me up because policy says do not engage with situations that may endanger me? Yeah, I am so glad that I left this brand because there really isn't a future here. I hope that this brand fails to the ground.
