      Nothing positive to say about working for Montblanc.

      Cons

      Very poor management, unachievable targets based off an unfair roster whereby the boutique management has the same two consecutive RDO’s every week while other staff work a wildly inconsistent workweek. They were taken to Fair Work by more than one ex employee during the time I worked there. Every single employee besides the manager quit.

      Some people were tight but majority of time people come and go.

      Cons

      They expect you to follow policy to the tee and when you do, you will be written up for it by your store manager. They know that robberies are a thing, people will go in and just start stealing stuff. We are told NOT to engage per our own safety. But tell me how I am getting written up by my store manager for NOT DOING MY JOB and then getting a call from corporate for my lack of work. Are you kidding me? You write me up because policy says do not engage with situations that may endanger me? Yeah, I am so glad that I left this brand because there really isn't a future here. I hope that this brand fails to the ground.
