Good staff and management. Fairly flexible

Customers can be tough sometimes

Fun to care for animals, coworkers feel like family, assistant manager is kind and understanding, no drama among coworkers

Unsafe cleaning environments, at risk of injury from wet floors to severe animal bites, general manager has no interest or is poor in communicating with employees and considering their feelings and worth, training is very minimal and poor for newer employees
