Monsoonfish is a great place for anyone who enjoys solving diverse design challenges and values learning. One gets to work on multiple industries, and a variety of design challenges Projects are assigned based on capability rather than seniority. Love the fact that Interns and junior designers get a chance to contribute to client projects and are trusted with meaningful responsibilities and if they demonstrate ownership and competence. What really makes the company stand out is the importance it places on staying updated with emerging AI tools and design practices through bi-monthly workshops. This has been a real value-add for me and has contributed significantly to my professional growth. My colleagues were always supportive and willing to help. As an intern, I felt welcomed from day one and could rely on my seniors for guidance whenever needed. The culture strikes a good balance between work and fun. Carrom matches and potluck lunches made the workplace lively and gave me something exciting to look forward to.

The work environment can be fast-paced, and employees are often expected to adapt quickly to different industries, project requirements, and types of work. Depending on project timelines, there may be times when you need to work beyond regular hours. This may not be the ideal workplace for someone looking to specialize in a single domain or for someone seeking a strict 9-to-5 schedule. Compensation could be more competitive, particularly at junior levels.
