Pros

Company layout and landscape at main building is beautiful and continuously being updated. The culture of Monroe Harding is in the right place; the people genuinely want to do well by their youth. The benefits package is really awesome (if you are covering yourself). The pay is competitive and getting better; I've had 4 raises in the 4 years that I've worker here. The staff members really do have a voice. The CEO is involved and knows many of the clients by name, she is very approachable. I believe the company is professional.

Cons

The health benefits are expensive for family coverage. There is some confusion and disorganization within the cooperative living program due to the people leading the program not really knowing how to run a residential program. They seem to be open for suggestions but minimal changes are made. The switch from a level system to Trauma informed care happened to swiftly and caused the residential program to suffer greatly, especially after the Director of 7 years was let go.
