      - Great compensation - Nice Benefits - Laid back dress code

      Cons

      - Unwilling to take advice from "outsiders" - Upper Management not willing to take time to know employee, they will also throw you under the bus in a second - Gossip and Bullying through the department - Others will take credit for your work - Everyone needs to take a class on professionalism - Not willing to be flexible with family life - No room to grow

      Best group of employees i have worked with. All so willing and helpful to lend a hand just to make sure everyones able to get whats needed to done.

      The shutdowns can be kinda rough but great money.
