Managers encourage and are very supportive of professional & career development. - Great people. Firm regularly does social events such as happy hours, trivia, and other creative ways to keep team chemistry high. - Understanding team. Managers are respectful of employees time and expect you to work hard but are extremely accommodating of family conflicts and general life events.
Cons
- Nothing noteworthy. The firm competes in an extremely competitive industry in the investment management world and (fairly) expects workers to put in long hours to ensure the firm does continues to grow and achieve great returns for investors.
