Pros
Very nice customer support team and healthy work environment. The managers are really open minded and the whole company is quite fresh, young and more like a community. I totally recommend it. People from different nationalities work there and it is located in the heart of Berlin. You learn a lot every day and can get promoted to other departments if you want. What I liked is that the CEO is very open minded and ready for any suggestions and improvement.
Cons
The company is quite new compared to other ones at its standard so they are still testing some areas of E-commerce business but all in all they get even closer to the ideal work model. Also, they do not have the bonus model implemented (yet..at least in the Customer Support department) but who knows...like I said they try new things so they might change).
