      Pros

      Amazing colleagues - such a family feel which I haven’t experienced since leaving! Great at organising team bonding &/or summer/christmas parties Always felt appreciated & listened to. Brilliant benefits, private health care, sick days etc. If I didn’t move half way across the country, I would still be there!

      Cons

      Parking was a bit difficult due to the business growing! The office can be a little quite sometimes (could do with a radio maybe?!)

      Pros

      Some great colleagues, now friends for life. It was local. It taught me what I didn't want from a workplace environment.

      Cons

      The culture in this company is toxic. It starts at the top and filters down through each management and supervisory level. In my time here I witnessed some truly horrific examples bullying and harassment. There is an underlying element of misogyny. Nepotism is rife!
