      Improves learning in different activities on site, enhance my multitasking skills, learn to communicate well with co-employee, subcontractors, foreman, management and etc. , learn different aspects and methodologies in construction and proper application on site, broad learnings in formworks, rebar, precast, concrete placement, and etc.

      Slow salary promotion, lack of support from higher ups

      Free accomodation (but set your expectations) since its a construction. unlimited overtimes, good for earning extra amount. Extensive knowledge
