Extensive training programme to provide the required knowledge and skill set for the applicable projects / industry. Senior Management support and guidance. You dont get left on your own on projects but get the opputunity to work with senior staff members to assist where needed. Numerous social functions to interact with colleagues which are allocated at different firms and projects. Strong support structure to ensure that each individual is looked after. HR meets regularly with resources across different projects to get their insights; a mentor is allocated to each person which meets on a monthly basis; resources allocated to managers for guidance and support and also an exec is allocated to each operating area (who is available to meet with individually if needed). So you can be sure that if you have an issue it will be sorted out as highest priority. Cons
With training you need to complete certain items before moving to the advanced training which can take some time. But then again you need the background for the advanced items. Certain projects are quite technical which requires some progamming knowledge (but geuss thats what the training is for).
