Pros

Great team members and good managers who are supportive and respect your time and energy. Everyone that you work with feels like a friend or good acquaintance. Few-to-no expectations to work outside of normal hours or on the weekends (depends on team and client, but overall norm is none). If deadlines need to be pushed back because they are unreasonable and the work cannot be done in that amount of time, this is communicated to the client. Managers try their best to staff employees on clients that will provide valuable experience. Extensive benefits. Good office staff in SF. Employees are diverse in race and gender and sexuality, and there is a prominent LGBTQ social group.

Cons

Some people have been promoted over the years, but nowadays they are few and far between compared to the past days when the company was growing much faster. There are no cost of living adjustments year to year. We've had small quiet layoffs here and there without any announcements. Billing is annoying to have to handle each month.

Pros

The team members who are in the weeds

Cons

* Low pay and lack of career progression. Last year I had my first raise in years but it was a VERY small increase that hasn't improved my quality of life unfortunately. This year they pushed the merit increase by half a year. There isn't a doubt among all of colleagues that this is an intentional move to get more folks to quit / save money. * High employee turnover. * Multiple waves of layoffs and departures since 2024. Lack of communication and planning around layoffs leads to us having to figure out solutions on the fly and it honestly does not seem like that leadership cares about how these layoffs are affecting the CURRENT business. * Rotating door of Execs who have no idea what's going on in the ground. We're just treated like numbers on a spreadsheet.
