Pros

Absolutely no pros to list.

Cons

The company was a dream to work for UNTIL we were acquired by Monks. I worked here for 5 years (pre and post acquisition) and I watched this company fall apart. What was once an absolutely amazing culture completely disappeared overnight. I don't quite know how it's even still functioning. Constant layoffs, extremely short staffed, little to no communication, tone at the top is absolutely horrid, no sense of teamwork, and everyone is just looking out for themselves and will throw you under the bus the first chance they get which is why I always kept my distance. Expectations were unclear, management was RUDE, no help offered even after I communicated I was overwhelmed because they fired pretty much everyone in my department, unrealistic expectations, and they make it VERY clear you are just a number to them and not human. No one knows what's happening half the time because there are either too many layoffs or people are constantly quitting. Every day was a complete disaster. Once I quit I felt the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders. My only regret was staying as long as I did. If you end up accepting a job here, do not trust anyone and don't get too close. They may appear friendly but it's a facade.

Pros

The team members who are in the weeds

Cons

* Low pay and lack of career progression. Last year I had my first raise in years but it was a VERY small increase that hasn't improved my quality of life unfortunately. This year they pushed the merit increase by half a year. There isn't a doubt among all of colleagues that this is an intentional move to get more folks to quit / save money. * High employee turnover. * Multiple waves of layoffs and departures since 2024. Lack of communication and planning around layoffs leads to us having to figure out solutions on the fly and it honestly does not seem like that leadership cares about how these layoffs are affecting the CURRENT business. * Rotating door of Execs who have no idea what's going on in the ground. We're just treated like numbers on a spreadsheet.
