      Fully remote, flexible work schedules, fast paced and innovative teams with well experienced colleagues

      Cons

      Severe downward push on cost constraints, team reductions, and amplifying workloads to unsustainable levels. Constant desire to win more business, rather than focus on success for current clients. Challenges with integrating more recently acquired agencies into the core brand

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
