- The company is very much at the forefront of the industry, they do innovative work and are highly skilled in all things digital. - Working with incredibly talented people all across the globe as teams for projects are created also with people from other offices in other countries. - They trust you to run the show, they don't give the best projects to senior people and less fun projectsor tasks to juniors or interns, you get responsibility from the get go and get to do great international projects. - Your colleagues are fun, diverse and very social. - The company does things like: mental health week, organising skill sharing sessions, big office parties and more pro-active fun initiatives
Cons
- Since they have bought up a lot of other companies and have to make stakeholders and investors happy, some things changed within the office. - Pay could definitely be better, but I feel if you make a strong case you can make it happen.
