      Pros

      XX really cares about its employees mental health, they give a generous amount of Mental Health Days and I have never felt under pressure to perform internally. Additionally, you'll get to work on a variety of very cool projects and management is very open to matching you with your interests.

      Cons

      At times the company culture can feel very close knit, and somewhat isolating if you do not necessarily fit into the culture. Additionally, as is the nature of most agencies, we are at the whims of our clients, and the clients can sometimes be... a lot.

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
