Pros

International work environment Nice colleagues Good salary for an agency Good work equipment and home office support Bunch of cool clients

Cons

No onboarding structure that makes sure you’re getting to know your tasks and international colleagues the way you need to. No work/life balance. Working over hours are the standard and not the exception. They say extra hours can be taken as free time but it won’t happen as the teams are under staffed. Too much bureaucracy for an agency. Processes consume sometimes way too much time and projects can’t be finished in time. Heavy load of pressure on the employees. Actually they have a really good sounding health package but in the end it is nothing but hot air.

Pros

It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

Cons

Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

Pros

Good pay. Started as a solid brand with talented coworkers.

Cons

No real upward mobility or promotion opportunity. Higher-level senior management is disconnected from creative leadership and tends to gamble a bit too much with client relationships. Agency promises a lot of benefits and growth opportunities for employees that do not come to fruition. When budgets get tight, they cut creative teams regardless of whether the account and employee have been performing well for the agency.
