Decoded truly cares about their employees well being and growth, and the day to day working environment is collaborative and positive. Their approach to getting to great creative through innovative testing is wildly successful when it’s able to be implemented properly. Amazing craft department and great creatives from junior on up. The CCO is a true gem of a human who truly gives you autonomy to lead. The culture built there considering most everyone is remote is amazing. Best in the biz imo.
Cons
Current clients often only see them as performance partners even though the capabilities are much more than that. So a lot of work to go beyond that is in vain. Lots of late nights and weekends grinding on proactive things that never were executed. Hard to keep great creatives on my team excited about the output. If a few pitches are landed with 360 clients all that will be solved. All the ingredients are there!
