Pros

- Excellent work culture and employee care during the Zemoga period. - Competitive salary. - Annual flexible benefits budget that employees can distribute according to their needs. - Exposure to more international projects after the merger. - Opportunity to work with global teams and clients.

Cons

- Many employee-focused perks were removed after the merger (birthday celebrations, Amazon birthday gift, annual bonus). - “Remote work from anywhere” benefit was eliminated due to company policies. - Cultural shift after the merger — employees feel more like resources than individuals. - Reduced sense of being heard by upper management. - Loss of the strong employee-first culture that originally defined Zemoga.

Pros

There are no pros to working here - even one star is too much

Cons

Management was largely uncommunicative and gave inconsistent direction. There was little to no onboarding structure, and getting basic access or information felt like pulling teeth. Leadership seemed more focused on optics than on actually supporting their team. Account management practices were poor at best – they have no clue how to manage their clients, financially or otherwise. There was no clear ownership, processes were all over the place, their workflow offerings are a joke, and the internal culture reflected a real lack of accountability at senior levels. Most concerning was the overall treatment of employees. There's a moral disconnect between how this company presents itself externally and how it actually operates internally. People are not valued here.
