A budding company - Technical Manager Monkpedia Employee Review

I went as an intern to have exposure to job life. The superiors were always supportive and ready to listen to any idea or problem I had. I was encouraged to work in my own creative manner while working on website. I got to learn a lot because I was also given work from departments that were out of my field.

Demanded too much from me for part-time but that was expected because I went as intern and it is also a startup. They are strict on holidays and leaves as well.

-Healthy work environment -Freedom to work according to your way -Salary paid on time -Friendly attitude of the superiors despite hierarchy -Handling different departments everyday, by doing so it is helping me in learning new things and boosting creativity

-Overtime but its okay because its a startup -Too picky for hiring employees -Less holidays -Lots of work compared to other MNCs -Really hard to get promotion
