Pros
1) Good co-workers 2) Good support from Teacher managers 3) Good pay 4) No lesson plans done by the teacher (we get lessons plans done for us, all we need to do, is understand the structure and rock up to work)
Cons
1) Not enough holidays in December 2) Head teachers view lessons too much each month 3) Monkeytree housing is old, run-down, mouldy, and the up keep is shocking. Our garden has not been cut since I moved in and the cleaning staff come when they want and are very rude when they are greeted 4) Centre managers just place children in classes without adhering to the number of children that should be in each class as well as placing the children in the wrong classes- in return they make their teachers look like fools at the end of the day when we need to explain children's bad marks.
