Would never recommend this company - Anonymous employee Monjon Employee Review

Can't really think of anything of note. Paid weekly, that is about it.

They lead the way in the race to the bottom for the Private security industry. They employ the guards that no other companies want anything to do with.The staff are basically captive slaves and trapped in the company by the low wages and abusive treatment by the owner and managers.

You will get alot of hours with monjon, however they pay far below the legal minimum so it dose not really matter since you will get the same amount working 72 hours at monjon as you would working 48 anywhere else.

oh mate.. how long do you have? Constant bullying and harassment, under minimum wage, no regard for their employees, horrible working conditions, inconsistent standards, phonecalls that wake you during your sleep constantly.. the C.O.O has an issue with compulsive lying and will hold a grudge against you if you call her out on her lies, overtime is paid at the bace rate via a form called Apendix A (this form is not mentioned on their enterprise agreement so its not legal), their expired enterprise agreement is so bias that it gets rid of anything that benefits the employee and makes alot worse for them so it benefits the employer. Honestly I would only recommend you join monjon if you plan to submit an enterprise agreement challange for to the fair work commission.
