Poor leadership and who doesn’t understand how to run a consumption business They keep telling you how great a culture they have built but the sales leaders keep blaming the supporting leaders when they can’t meet their numbers. Many of the siloes in the sales org are not addressed and the sales comp is not driving the right behavior. Instead of spending time to address these, they keep blaming the other supporting teams for their issues.
